Terms of Service

1. The service

A captcha-recognition API and a browser extension: you submit a captcha, we forward it to the upstream recognition provider and return the result.

2. Accounts and keys

• Signing in with Telegram, Discord or Google creates an account and grants a trial key (200 recognitions, never expires).
• Each key is its own quota instance. You are responsible for keeping it secret and for everything done with it.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live (generally 18, or the age of majority there) to subscribe.
• Do not resell, share, or bulk-register accounts by automated means.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only on pages and accounts you own or are authorised to access. Do not use it to break into, defraud, or bypass the security of anything you do not control.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to attack, overload or probe our infrastructure or the upstream provider's.
• Important: solving a third-party site's CAPTCHA may violate that site's own terms. Whether you do it, and any consequence, is your decision and your responsibility.
• Do not evade quota or concurrency limits, or use automation to avoid billing.

4. Billing

• Plans are subscriptions attached to a key, charged by Stripe (card, or Alipay where available). A successful payment issues, or renews, the key bound to that subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time; the key then stays valid until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Quota is per key: daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC+8 and do not accumulate; once allowances last until used.
• Credits are charged only once the upstream accepts a job, and are not refundable. A submit that fails before acceptance is not charged, and subscriptions are not refunded for the unused part of a period.
• Prices exclude any taxes (such as VAT or GST) that may apply. We may change prices; a change applies from your next renewal, after we post it on this page.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and we try to keep it available, but we promise no SLA and no uninterrupted service. Upstream failures, maintenance or capacity limits may return a retryable error, and those attempts are not charged. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous month.

7. Termination

We may revoke keys for abuse, non-payment or unlawful use. You may ask us to delete your account at any time. We may also discontinue the Service, in which case we will announce it on this page and existing keys stop working when their current period ends.

8. Changes and contact

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its trademarks belong to the operator. You keep ownership of what you submit, and grant us only the licence needed to forward it to the upstream provider and return the result.

10. Indemnity

If your use of the Service breaches these Terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the resulting loss, including reasonable legal costs.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of that country.

12. General

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights; you may not. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
