Terms of Service

1. The service

A captcha-recognition API and a browser extension: you submit a captcha, we forward it to the upstream recognition provider and return the result.

2. Accounts and keys

• Signing in with Telegram, Discord or Google creates the account and issues a trial key (200 solves, never expires).
• Each key is its own quota instance; you are responsible for keeping it secret and for its usage. If a key leaks, press Reset in the dashboard — the same row is re-keyed and the plan and statistics stay.
• Reselling, sharing, or bulk-registering accounts is not allowed.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal use, and no attacking, abusing or probing our infrastructure or the upstream provider’s.
• Important: using this service to solve captchas on third-party sites may violate those sites’ own terms. Whether to do so, and any consequence, is your responsibility.
• Do not circumvent quota or concurrency limits, or billing.

4. Billing

• Plans are per-key subscriptions billed by Stripe. A paid invoice issues a key bound to that subscription; a renewal extends the same key.
• Allowances are per key: daily resets at 00:00 UTC+8 without carry-over, once is a one-off bucket.
• Credits are charged only after the upstream accepts a task, and consumed credits are non-refundable. A failure before acceptance is never charged.
• To cancel or change a subscription, email admin@fuckcaptcha.top; the key stops working at its expiry.

5. Availability

Provided “as is”, with best-effort availability and no SLA. Upstream outages, maintenance or capacity limits may return retryable errors, and those are not charged.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous month.

7. Termination

We may suspend an account or revoke keys for abuse, non-payment or illegal use. You may request account deletion at any time.
